If you are requesting local pickup, you must wait to receive an order pickup notifications before heading to the stores. We don't refund for shipping when you want local pickup. Please reach out if there are any problems checking out.

This Buy-In takes 2-3 weeks to arrive after closing date before we inspect and ship to you unless otherwise stated.

Once orders are placed, they can't be canceled. We only refund for defective items. We don't offer add-on's or combine shipments. Make sure your discount code is entered. There are no refunds for purchases you forget to use the discount on.
